These terms govern your use of the Knurlsoft website. They are not the licence for our software — that is the End User Licence Agreement, which governs what you may do with a product you install.

This site is operated by Knurlsoft LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Knurlsoft", "we"). Contact: legal@knurl.io.

Using this site

You may read, print, and share this site's pages. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, and software on this site belong to Knurlsoft or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Knurlsoft" and "FlareID" are our trademarks. Nothing here grants you a licence to use our name or marks, except to refer accurately to us or our products.

Ignition is a trademark of Inductive Automation, LLC. Microsoft, Entra, Azure, and SQL Server are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Knurlsoft is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, either company.

Product information is not a warranty

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including their technical properties and their limits. Even so, the descriptions, specifications, compatibility statements, and screenshots on this site are provided for information and may change as the products change. They do not form part of any contract and are not warranties. What we warrant is stated in the End User Licence Agreement, and only there. Where this site shows a simulated or illustrative interface, it is labelled as such.

Pricing and purchases

Prices shown are in US dollars and may change. A purchase is completed through our merchant of record, who is the seller for that transaction and whose terms apply to the payment itself. The software you buy is licensed to you under the End User Licence Agreement, not sold.

Where we link to another site — documentation, a marketplace, a vendor — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

No warranty for the site

This website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knurlsoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Wyoming are the venue for any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
